So my friend Kimo gets fresh produce from a local farm here in Detroit every week. He complained how he ended up throwing much of it away because he just didn’t know what to do with such a random assortment of veggies in such awkward quantities (one eggplant? seriously?). So i took it for him and looked at this pile of veggies and thought “Probably ratatouille”.
So that’s what I did… also another thing with the beans.
