Sweet Ramen Broth: Part 1

With winter coming at full force, it seems like it’s the right time to be playing with the worlds best comfort food: Ramen. I’ve decided to mix things up a little and roast my garlic and onion just to see how things will turn out. I also threw some Fennel in there because a) it was on sale and b) why not? 

No pictures of the chicken backs here. Chicken is ugly and I don’t have time to deal with that.
